This vision is backed by over 40 years of combined experience. Jane has spent two decades cultivating expertise in business strategy, coaching and executive leadership. Her ability to ask the right questions and recognize repeating patterns ensures that the People and Purpose remain front and center. Amanda spent 20 years in high-pressure marketing agencies, mastering the art of "Systems Architecture." She is the builder of solutions, designing the Process that allows work to flow efficiently and teams to work collaboratively.
