Her ability to ask the right questions and recognize repeating patterns ensures that the People and Purpose remain front and center. Amanda spent 20 years in high-pressure marketing agencies, mastering the art of "Systems Architecture." She is the builder of solutions, designing the Process that allows work to flow efficiently and teams to work collaboratively.

When the timing aligned for us to move into our next chapter, it felt like the green light to finally build the bridge we knew workplaces needed.
