Jane’s expertise is built on two decades in the corporate world, where she advanced from marketing and business strategy into executive leadership roles. She knows firsthand what it takes to sit on boards, lead teams through chaos, cultivate multi-figure partnerships, and navigate complex executive politics. This practical experience is paired with a deep understanding: the most successful leaders share a secret weapon—self-awareness and a personal practice that fuels resilience. Drawing on training in embodiment practices, intuitive pattern recognition, and deeper self-exploration frameworks, Jane doesn't just coach leaders, she transforms them.

With more than 20 years in marketing agencies, Amanda has seen it all; the late nights, the impossible deadlines, the projects that looked like chaos until someone stepped in to bring order.
As a Senior Project Manager and Operations Director, she’s worked across industries from tourism and energy to agriculture, pharmaceuticals, real estate and design services. Over the years, she’s become a solver of problems and a builder of solutions, designing the systems that allow businesses to grow without falling apart. She’s built project management frameworks from the ground up, created internal intranets to keep teams aligned and can write SOPs in her sleep.
Amanda has discovered the secret to sustainable growth: it’s not about working harder, it’s about leading smarter. Her passion is turning daily challenges into purposeful leadership by creating systems that scale and teams that deliver. She’s obsessed with clear communication, workflows that make sense for remote teams and building structures that empower mid-level managers instead of leaving them stranded.
