Amanda Kooy,
Co-founder
Chief Systems Strategist
Amanda’s approach is rooted in the belief that sustainable systems are not about control; they are about clarity. She thrives in creating workflows that allow creative and mission-driven companies to flourish without the internal burden of inefficiency, burnout and chaos.
With over 20 years of experience in high-pressure agency environments, she has seen various versions of struggling systems and has spent her career finding the solutions to prevent them. As a former Senior Project Manager and Operations Director, she’s worked across industries from tourism and energy to agriculture, pharmaceuticals, real estate and design services.
Amanda has discovered the secret to sustainable growth: it’s not about working harder, it’s about leading smarter. Her passion is turning daily challenges into purposeful leadership by creating systems that scale for teams to deliver. Over the years, she’s become a solver of problems and a builder of solutions, designing the systems that allow businesses to grow without falling apart. Her focus is the "Human Infrastructure": the project management frameworks, internal communication hubs and remote-first workflows that turn a group of talented individuals into a high-performing, collaborative team.
Tasks that excite her:
Systemic Architecture: Designing the pathway and defining the source of truth for complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Remote-First Excellence: Moving beyond "meeting culture" to build asynchronous systems that protect deep work and independence.
Managerial Empowerment: Creating the tools and workflows that prevent mid-level managers from becoming the bottleneck between vision and execution.
Onboarding & Knowledge Transfer: Building documents and training systems that make institutional knowledge accessible, not accidental.
Vision
A future where all work is source of human connection and collective good.
Mission
To help leaders build businesses where purpose and systems work in harmony. Because when purpose, people and process align, the work that matters gets better.
Ready to create impact differently?
This work isn't for everyone. It's for leaders who know what they don't know, who are open to going deeper, curious enough to look beneath the surface and disciplined enough to build what lasts.
If that's you, let's talk.
